‘HIVE MIND’

HIVE MIND

Announcing the debut EP from CNJR, out Oct. 19, 2018 via Future Archive Recordings.
_____________________________________________________________

We are super excited to unveil the synth-driven queer artist CNJR and his initial offering Hive Mind, featuring four ominous and cinematic tracks.

The full EP will be preceded by the single Ansible along with two remix versions by veteran electronic producers Sun Glitters and Yppah (Ninja Tune). The single and remixes release September 28, 2018. Psychedelic, dark, ominous but with a touch of hope, and exploring the complexity of being human, Hive Mind strings listeners on through a nuanced range of emotional palettes.

CNJR is a queer artist and nomadic project fusing retro synthesizers and dark cinematic science fiction themes with a wide variety of musical influences. Founded in the rainy Pacific Northwest, and soon to be heading into the mountains of central Mexico, CNJR wanders intently creating music meant to take listeners on a journey.

CNJR (kon-jer) (verb): Weaving the melancholic struggle in our discontent dreams.
